Policies and Terms

Dear valued customers:

All dairy products are guaranteed against manufactured defects and shipped with adequate dates for sales.

Bodega San Marcos or your sales representative must be notified of any date discrepancy within the first 24 hours upon receiving the item. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted

We recommend that all produce items be inspected upon delivery or pick-up. We assure you the best possible quality, however, if there are any issues please address them within the first 24 hours. After that, all sales will be final.

Any issues accordingly addressed will be corresponded to in the correct manner either by credit or even exchange. 

Our payment terms will be established with your salesperson at Bodega San Marcos.These will be determined before any order is processed.


  • Deliveries are made free of charge to stores only. Household deliveries are not made. 
  • Orders are delivered using our own Bodega San Marcos trucking services. 
  • For eligibility, orders must meet a minimum of $500.
  • Please place your order a day ahead before 2 p.m.
    • i.e. If we deliver to your city on Tuesday, place your order on Monday before 2 p.m. 

From our warehouse to your store, we assure you that your order is done with the attention and care necessary to attain your satisfaction.
